I hope you don't mind me just giving my compliments honey- I don't 'critique' anyone's works. Especially yours. I remember my dad singing this to me when I was a little one, and I would sit on his lap and he looked into my eyes and sang, and I'll never forget my life, I smiled as he sang to his one and only daughter (had three older brothers and I was his baby gal), and I personally want to thank you DONN for the beautiful memories this has given me tonight. Hi Donn,
A thoroughly enjoyeable listen, my friend. The one thing that I would add since you've asked for a critical assessment of this performance is to work on injecting some degree of Sinatra's signature "phrasing/timing techniques" into your sings (especially, since you do so many Sinatra songs). When I sing a Sinatra song that point remains front and center in my mind as I deliver each verse. Hope you're OK with this input, as I mean no disrespect - you've got an awesome voice, which seems ideal for these type songs. Your firend,
