KARAOKE SCENE MAGAZINE ONLINE! - Shunn performs Are You Lonesome Tonight ELVIS on Karaoke Showcase - I remember the day Elvis died. I heard it on the radio and at first didn't believe it. I made a few calls and no one else knew yet and then heard it again on the radio. I told my sister, who was always "in love" with Elvis and even saw him when he came to Duluth. She was devastated and cried for hours. I learned to appreciate him even more as I grew older. He was a special talent. However, in today's music world, there never would have even BEEN an Elvis. The music inductry now is terrible.

planet_bill Hey man this is really good. You really captured the spirit of Elvis in this one I believe, and the mood. A+++++++!! ~Bill
Reply: Yes, I have captured his spirit and now I have him stored in the second drawer, next to my University yearbook. Thx, I'll tell him you liked it. Jelvis Presley

oneofakind864 Gotta give it to you Jeff...you did this as well as E himself without trying to sound like him. You caught that magic he had when he sang it! I cried so much when Elvis dies that I got sick of using kleenex and started catching them in a jar. I still have it and there are a few tablespoons of tears...I looked all swollen splotchy and red that people thought someone in my family had died. Great sub!-Paula
Reply: Great to hear this kind of comment. Check out my In The Ghetto if you get a chance. That was the one I was going to release but I found out I deleted it off my computer so I had no way to put it out again for this solemn occasion. I think In The Ghetto is one of my best efforts ever. -If you get a chance- Thx again!

Tex Hi Jeff. This is my first listen to you and you did a really nice job. Proves you dont have to sound like Elvis to do Elvis well. Enjoyed it. Noticed you are from Tx., me too....Phil
Reply: What do you mean? I AM Elvis. (lol) Thx!
