Joel did all vocal sound tracks...using what he called method singing... getting into character for different styles..He imagined himself as a skinny Italian kid from Newark and Big black football player with deep bass vocals..
The song was used in a flashback episode of the show Family Guy .. discussing the invention of singing...depicting several cavemen sitting around grunting until spontaneously breaking out with this song...lol..
