We're in San Diego, on our first trip via airplane since July 2019. Flying home tomorrow, unfortunately! We're vaccinated and have been visiting friends and family (of course. still being very careful, wearing masks, etc. because I'm diabetic and he's asthmatic). I found a place that did outdoor karaoke in El Cajon. Unfortunately, it was disappointing in many ways (KJ was terrible - no mask, arrived and set up very late, too many filler songs, singers had to have their backs to the audience due to where the screen was, mics went off and on, he had a hard time with his equipment, music was way too loud & he put on a smoke machine!) but we had fun, anyway. My brothers are singing with me, but you can't hear them much. Hope you're doing OK. Not sure I've ever done this one in public before. If so, it was a long time ago. My allergies wouldn't let me hit those high notes at the end very well! :) Happy Mother's Day to the moms! We usually visit in June or July when it's a tad warmer. But it was just great to be here.
