Post subject: Help with CAVs files

I purchased 7 downloads from the CAVs site thinking that I could just burn them onto a CD and play them on my CDG player. Well, it seems that you need to purchase an expensive program from them to convert it to a bin file. I guess that this is money wasted.
Does anyone know of a program that will convert the mcg to a cdg file that does not cost an arm and a leg?
I should have known that the $1.59/song was too good to be true!
