It has been brought to our attention, that some users are experiencing connection issues.
The server is up and running.
This could be a connection with the server issue.
Often this can be rectified by clearing your cache and/or restarting the browser.
We have cleared all IP blocks...
We are uncertain what the trouble is because many others can submit and post in the forums...
We are sorry for your trouble
We have submitted a ticket to the server company to see if they can determine the reason for the error
Please note that our webmaster is on Vacation currently - he will not be returning until Monday, Sept 14th
Please pass on the word - In the meantime we will see what we can do to rectify the situation.

No one should be experiencing any issues at this point.
It was corrected on September 9th.
