Karaoke Forums

Hi.

I am new to the forums but like it a lot.  I upgraded my account to deluxe a couple days ago,.  PayPal sent me an email saying they sent the payment, but no changes have been made to my account yet.

When I re-read the the upgrade procedures, I noticed that after I exited Pay Pal, I didn't go back and re click on upgrade in my account  and choose the service...

Since I have not got a confirmation from Karaoke Scene yet, I was wondering if I need to do it again...

Usually I authorize the upgrades within 24-48 hours. This is a manual activity.

I see that your account has been upgraded. Make certain that you are logged in correctly. Then Once logged in make certain that you modify your account to update your information.
