I cant upload a profile pic onto Singers Showcase ANYBODY know why or how I can..I know how it just isnt working.Thanks

have you changed the drop down that asks if you are or are not human? it defaults to not so you have to change it

It let me change my pic on the forum side just not on the SS side. There is nowhere that it asks if you are human or not when you change your profil pic there on that side. Im talking about the pic that comes up on the subs I sub not the comment pic.

I just went to singers Showcase and modified my image.

I was able to?!

Sendme an email with and attachment of the image that you are attempting to changeto. I will see if I can determine the trouble.

In that email also provide your username!

So apparently this is my fault. Ive changed my profile pic on SS before maybe it was just a fluke I got it right. Maybe you can tell me what Im doing wrong. I just cant get it to work right now. I sent you my pic & username. Thanks for your help.

Not saying it is your fault... I was just noting that I was able to do it for mine.

I just received your email so I will look into it to see if I can figure out what the problem is.

I have no idea why it didn't work. I changed the photo manually and it didn't work. So I tried again and still didn't work?

I reduced the file size, Nope?!

So I increased the image dims  - it worked? go figure?

Can you tell me what dims is ? How did you increase it ?  So MAYBE I wont have to bother you EVERY time I want to change my pic.  That prolly would be pretty aggravating to you. Thanks
