I found a plugin that levels the playing field with most rotation management based softwares out there. EasyKRM is a plugin that allows for basic rotation management that makes putting songs into the playlist easy. It includes creating a placeholder for a singer when they finish their song and automatically adds their next request in the active playlist when their previous song ends. Probably going to have to move the new singer ahead of the first name in the original rotation but one can't have everything.

Why would I want to use a plugin when CompuHost handles the rotation beautifully. 3rd party plugins are so Windows 98.

Why would I want a program that doesn't do everything I need it to? You yourself said that you use VirtualDJ alongside Compuhost. What is it that Compuhost doesn't do that makes you have to use VirtualDJ alongside it? With the plugin I can do everything that Compuhost can as well as what it can't.

I only use Virtual DJ for music. MP3 files. I do not use Virtual DJ for karaoke. I only use CompuHost for that. So, karaoke is with CompuHost. When I need to play music in between, it's Virtual DJ. One does music only and the other does karaoke only.

How inefficient. Have to play with two softwares at the same time. I only have to use VirtualDJ for everything having the MP3 filler music starting play when the karaoke song ends automatically. You must enjoy the extra work.

I still don't understand the logic in this thinking.
Why use a programme designed for DJing (the clue is in the name) to do something, that specific karaoke software can do.
Also it's a bit ironic that VDJ doesn't deem it necessary for their karaoke side of the software to have the bits that this 3rd party plugin has added.
I, like one of the previous posters mentioned use VDJ for DJing and a seperate Karaoke software for karaoke that can handle filler music so don't need to use VDJ if karaokeing

With VirtualDJ I am not stuck with having to buy new Filler songs thanks to Tidal. There isn't a karaoke software out there that can do that
Not even Lyrx which is the karaoke software for Dex. Because you can't use subscription DJ services in the filler player.
