A few of my karaoke tracks end a few seconds before the song is over. Has anyone else experience this problem?

Nope. Need more info, cdg player or computer. Computer specs, program being used to play the tracks, discs (manufacturer)/tracks it's happening to. If they were ripped from disc, are you sure they were ripped properly - try re-ripping? If purchased downloads, might try to redownload the tracks - many of the vendors have a history that allows this.
