Reply: Thanks buddy. It was splicing and dicing all the way to the end with this, but came out I guess alright finally. But I don't get described as clever too much with my fourth grade educufication. |

Hey Chris, good to see you here! How have you been? Did you use the actual B-52s recording here? Because the two girls sound just like the original artists and not karaoke background singers. How in the world were you able to remove the male singer but not the two female singers? You gotta teach me that, lol. Your voice sounds great... you delivered those vocals with just the right emphasis and style. This song is a lot harder to pull off than most people realize. And you did it RIGHT! Great job putting together this very cool recording. Well done, my friend! |
Reply: Been good Mark! Great to see you too. Took a little break this past spring...a little theatre gig for the summer, but now have some extra time. I'm gonna stay here with my roots instead of the extremely busy other site. No way to keep up! haha...Yeah, part of the track is the original. I did a partial voc removal on the rest. There was no karaoke track that I liked otherwise that held a candle to the original and it would have been a big step down-Thanks for the great comments..Chris |
