This is a great soul tune that, like many of its contemporaries, only enjoyed popularity when it was discovered by English DJ's and brought back to England to be played at Northern Soul events.
This song is somewhat of a holy grail for us karaoke singers as no backing track has ever been made for it.... until now! A good friend of mine finally tracked down a decent instrumental version of the song and sent it to his buddy in the States to add lyrics and convert it into a bone fide karaoke track.
I hope after all that I have done it justice! |
