.: Traveling Man :. morgan102 Date Submitted:  2015-10-22 [Archive Date: 2016-01-20] Genre:  Rock'n'Roll Original Artist:  Rick Nelson Additional Info:  Disc Mfg:    Disc #:   Description:  Rick Nelson was one of my moms favorite singers in the 60's.She had tons of old records by Rick,The Beach Boys,Peter paul and Mary,Kingston Trio etc.I learned harmony from hearing her play their records,along with the famous Motown groups.A friend of mine provided me with a almost clean track,so I was able to sing my own backup vocals.You can hear the bass singer a little on the old recording(he was not in the middle of the track,so it was hard to completely removed him ,but I manage to over sing him with my own bass vocals on most parts in particular at the end.This song was a LOT of fun to do.
