As with other great and well known and loved songs, I tried to stay true to the original, but still put my own spin on it and sing the melody I was feeling in the moment. Oh, my, singy, just6 seeing your name on the board, I just had to take notice of the song and knew it would be a live performance. YOU have such a grand voice as you sing with flawless work indeed. I just love hearing what comes out of your mouth--well you know what I mean--A very incredible and pristine work of art. I would consider this for being able to say you truly deserve a ~~!!~~@@~~STANDING OVATION~~@@~~!!~~ as I sit here applauding you and You surely are mesmerizing and a marvel of a singer. This is one of those songs that allows the vocalist to really "play" with the melody & do with it as they prefer. And, I'm very impressed with your rendition! There was one part where my ears perked up because the note you chose to sing was terrific... I checked the comments, and sure enough, it was the same note Joyce pointed out; "me" before the bridge. Brilliant! Was that a G6 at the end? Or a G5? With a range as huge as yours, I get lost sometimes! LOL Excellent job! |
