KARAOKE SCENE MAGAZINE ONLINE! - DEE performs Au Clair De La Lune on Karaoke Showcase - Hello everyone, hope you're all doing well. Well we're preparing for another 'noreaster and we might possibly get 10" to 12" once again.I'm trying to convince my son to move back to Las Vegas!~ Lol... I know we have had the coldest temps. here for the last three months, my furnace is on all the time. Now with this huge storm is coming, we're ready. I wanted my dad to come to my home, but he'd rather ride it out at his own house ( He just turned 85 and has lived in the same house in which I was born on the kitchen floor in my mother's fur coat for 58 years). So, I don't blame him, but do worry for him. So, I'm cooking meals for him and we'll bring them over later today. Here's a song that literally is a lullaby written back in 1806, yes, the eighteenth century as a folk song for children. However after searching and searching the last few days (thank God I can read french-Lol). I found this version of this famous lullaby. I hope you will enjoy listening to this and am thinking of some people who have died due to this huge storm. If we have to get out of here, we have snowmobiles and up the hill through the corn field we go to get to places if need be or just ride on the lake to town. I will try to be back later and listen to all of you. I see new names on here and anxious to hear all of you. Once again, hope you like this song and will write the English words to thus song: 'Au Clair De La Lune means'; 'By the light of the moon'...then it goes on with the words: 'Lend me your pen to write a word, my candle is dead, I have no more fire, such a mystery, I go my own way, we disappear my sisters, the beating of my heart'. I just looked out my window, it's almost 11:00am and it's already snowing-oh great. It was suppose to start tonight. Oh boy I have to go. I love you all with unconditional love. Love, DEE xoxoxo~~@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@~~
