Steven John Hey Joyce this is a true classic & deceptionally difficult timing song...I know I covered this song many times live with bands & completely screwed it up so kudos to you for putting together a smooth rendition! Have you ever tried the Cheap Trick version? that one cooks. Enjoyed my listen!
Reply: Hi SJ..I have never tried the Cheap Trick version.. Have heard the original for years ( more than I wanted to) so I think the timing is ingrained in me.. Thanks for checking this out

Wildhearts Totally liking this rendition from you, Joyce! Next to Fats version, yours, I do like best! First time hearing a female sing it, and your vocals suited it just right, I couldn't imagine better :)
Reply: Hi Kathy.. Thank you for not only your listen and comment but also the praise!!

SingyThingy This is such a cool rendition of this great tune! I agree with Connie, you totally channel the classic girl group sound when you perform songs such as this !
Reply: Hi ST..I go through recordings like water and am just listening to the recording again and though I do add harmonies alot on my renditions, I notice I am not doing any background vocals so I don't know how you and Connie hear the girl group sound on it.. but hey, whatever.. glad you like it.. Thanks

Connie You have the 60's girl group sound going on on this one. Nice, full low range notes on this, with a hint of the famous, "Joyce growl". :) Nice one, Joyce!
Reply: Hi Connie.. I think I was drinking some wine on tis recording.. The melody line guide in the backing was making me growl! LOL.. Thanks for checking this out
