Hey folks, Happy Metal Monday! Iron Maiden songs have been pretty rare on karaoke over the years... back in the day, Sound Choice only released three songs of theirs. Eventually, Sunfly made a few more, and a company in Finland released a karaoke DVD with 15 Iron Maiden songs on it. I was thrilled, until I found out most of my favorites weren't on there! This song is one of them. Although it's a pretty well-known Iron Maiden song, and it appears on their live album, no karaoke company has ever made it. I finally found some guys on YouTube who were playing the song... and they had no singer! So I was thrilled to finally get a good, studio quality instrumental backing that I could add my voice to. The musicians go by the name "mellitacas" on YouTube if you want to check their stuff out... they're amazing! Used by permission. Thanks for listening! |
