Hey, glad you posted again... wanted to let you know, I'm not a professional singer, either, my friend :) I read your comments back to me on the last few songs, and you sounded a little defensive or annoyed by what I said - even the ones where I said you sounded fantastic!! When I give you critique it's because you asked for it - it says here "Please critique this submission". If you don't want honest critique, then check the box that says "just for fun" instead. When I listen to a singer that asks for critique, I ask, is it good, or not? If not, why? What can this person do to improve? I am not judging you against how I can sing or how others can sing. I'm looking at how it sounds on its own, period. I know you can sing very well because of that one song you did "Love is in the Air". I would say that the Elvis songs are fine, but not nearly as great as that one. But you know, that's just one person's opinion so take it however you wish :) PS thought this one was much better! |
Reply: Not at all Suzanne. I just thought that you sound so good and your technique is so brilliant that you may be a pro singer that is all. I am not annoyed in fact I always like to be criticized ( I thought by a pro singer but now you say that you are not)...that is how one improves his singing..how else is it done? |
