I looked into doing this one for the challenge, too, but then I realized it is the Supremes hit that I know the least and would take way too much work to learn it ;) You sound good, Connie. Fine mix, too! |
Reply: Thank you, Suzanne. I'm not even sure if I got all the notes just right, but there is a more recent YouTube video (not an old recording) of Diana Ross singing it. It wasn't too bad to learn, it kind of reminds me of "Stop In the name of Love". Let me know if you want to give it a go sometime. :) |

Hey Connie! This Anatomy Challenge is cool... there's lots of song choices. You sound excellent in the "60s Girl Group" genre, and this one is no exception! I love your voice, and I love that "5 voices chorus" effect too. VERY nice job... I liked this one a LOT! Keep up the great work! *HUGS* |

I'm singing it from memory so some of the notes might not be exactly like the original. I lowered the key a little bit, too. I always liked the "oooo's" that the backing singers do, so I joined them and added a "5 voices chorus" effect. Thanks for listening!
