I've been working on this recording, during the past week on and off, secretly, whenever my wife, Gracie, has been away from the house. The reason is twofold, 1) the song is one of her all-time favorites and 2) our 32nd wedding anniversary is coming up later this week (no, it's not on Valentine's Day - LOL). We've got a special celebration planned at a Newport Beach resort this weekend where I'm planning to surprise her with the recording, among several other goodies. Let me add that for many folks who've given marriage a try (or multiple tries, for that matter - LOL), the experience is not always what couples may have expected when they started out. The rewards that can be reaped, however, for those who set their minds toward evolving together for the common good, can be both exhilarating and surprising, at the same time. We don't claim to be anything special except to each other.
