KARAOKE SCENE MAGAZINE ONLINE! - Suzanne Lanoue performs Wide Open Spaces on Singer's Showcase - Did this one years ago, another take, on my karaoke machine, just for fun...hope you like it! Finally got my recording computer fixed so I'll start working on trying to record again with CoolEdit. I only have one memory chip until the repair guy brings me another, so I'm hoping that will work. :) Hope everyone is having a good new year and MLK Day!

Murlinman Enjoyed my listen. I am not too familiar with their music but know who they are. My music puter needs another HDD. It is amazing how much space all your recordings will take up haha.
Reply: Thanks! You are so right. Maybe it's time for an external hard drive for back up....

kelleykb Ohhhh Suzanne --- I have to do be honest with you. Fun Fun Fun was better... your are quite pitchy and way off when you need to hit the highest parts. The rest of it sounds pretty good!!!!... so if you continue to practice with this one... the high parts need some tone adjustments or bring the song down a tad so your not struggling. This song is a challenge to begin with so your effort alone makes this a great performance.
Reply: Thanks! I don't agree... But I do thank you for the comments, anyway! :)

DaleM The overall sound of this song is crisp, and clear, not bad for a recording computer that needs replacement parts. Dale
Reply: LOL! No, this was on the karaoke machine, not on the computer, but thanks!! Glad you liked it.

auctionmusic enjoyed this song Suzanne...working off a K machine is something I've never done actually...always used a mic and audition software...russ
Reply: I'm cheap, and lazy :) but also, when I first started, I had a karaoke machine that was TAPES only! Not even CD+G. And the computers could not have done it as far as I know...this was around 89 or 90.
