A Happy Metal Monday to all. This song is from the movie "Rock Star" (2001) which starred Mark Wahlberg and Jennifer Aniston. Two songs from the film were released on karaoke by Sound Choice... "We All Die Young" and "Blood Pollution." I've covered Blood Pollution in the past, and Steven John recently put up an absolutely butt-kicking rendition of We All Die Young here at SS. This song, "Stand Up," was one of the most popular and common-themed songs from the movie, so I was very surprised that Sound Choice never made a backing for it. Luckily, Eric Hill was able to make me a great backing track. The song was written by Sammy Hagar. Thanks for listening!
