There isn't really a catagory for these guys.. They incorporated many styles into their music at a time when music was totally expressive. The Beatles, Stones, folk music like Dylan, Donovan..The emergence of The Who, Traffic, Blood, Sweat, & Tears.. Frank Zappa, Jimi Hendrix, Clapton.. Huge "Festivals" with eclectic line ups.. And in the midst of all this.. Was Jethro Tull... With Ian Anderson on flute! I was cajoled into trying this one night... and this is the result. Happy MM to all.... |
