asprofengari I think it's that long slap back kinda delay/reverb that gives this recording an authentic oldies feel, John. Oh what superb vocals to go with the mix! I see that the saxy Lady Pam approves this, too! Bravo!
Reply: If I remember correctly.. Rodeo Mike [a fantastic host in San Diego] recorded this at one of his shows. Mike knows I prefer a touch of reverb/echo on my mic.. And automatically make adjustments for me.. I miss singing at his venues.. I heard he's got three shows now, so the next time I visit.. three guesses.. lol
