" next thing I know Im pulling out what little hair I got left to try to figure out the genius known as Prince...why does everyone like a Prince tune? Ill tell you why, he is a freaking genius in the studio with effects and instrumentation..fortunately, i didnt have to sweat the instruments, but the vocals...aha, there in lies my quandry as i remove my head from my gas oven for the eighth time today..man when that guy lays down a track he layers it with so many voices and noises that they all seem to be just one sound unified..i broke a lot of this down rather than just singin it straight up..believ it or not, most of the background was done by Sheree or I..all the "helium voices you hear are myself and a little cool edit proccessing..normally i dont like to toot my horn but frickin TOOT for dumbdrums your humble engineer!! I spent more time mixing this damn thing than singing it (especially the second half) so I hope spoiled little Pam enjoys this ;) thank you Pam for such a fun challange and thank you Sheree, for once again having another "baby" with me..the baby of course being a duet that once again Sheree impressed the hell out of me as always..Sheree of course thanks all of you so much since she cant respond to comments but im sure she will pop in with a comment of her own..heres to all you people who "got the look and the throats" out here..you all inspire the heck out of me, and i want you all to just sit back and have as much fun listening to this as we had making it...thanks sheree !!! you rock !!!
