His music embodies a sense of freedom and genius in songwriting, that noone has ever tapped into with his enthusiasm. He has been labeled a trouble maker by record companies and a freak by so many jealous musicians its not even funny. I am honored to finally take a stab at a song written by one of my all time idols.I am from Minnesota and the only thing that keeps me going in this god forsaken popsicle country is the hope of someday running into this genius down in Minneapolis at his club..i do believe i would cry and then faint like a little groupie in his presence. I want to dedicate this to my bestest friend Sheree, for making me want to quit smoking so I can be around to write a million songs with her as my partner ! thank you boopie ! since quitting 3 weeks ago, I am finding a much bigger canvas of songs to be able to attempt. thank you for listening and those who asked for my CD, I am working hard on getting more copies (thought i had extras, but i guess the first pressing sold out) I will contact you all when i have them !
