Always thought the intro sounds like the beginning of Purple Rain! LOL! Hey, we ALL have those recordings that we can't go back and fix (even if you were so motivated! LOL!) Great sing man! Very cool sub. Didn't they do this on SNL? |
Reply: SNL? Dunno. I rarely ever watch that anymore. But yeah, frustrating. I'll redo this as soon as I get another player. I shouldn't have put this out. (Sounds like I've been kidnapped and have a gag over my mouth) -not to mention the CDG has too many of the lyric starts all wrong. I know how it goes so I should have done it without the props of having the CDG tell me when to sing. They're wrong too often on this one. Thanks again for listening Percy! |

Reply: Thanks Connie. I'm so frustrated because I have bought 3 karaoke players but all at $100 or under types, trying to keep from spending any real money. I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. I'll have to buy a better power strip to protect the next one and I will try to upgrade with a unit at more of a $130-$250 range, dependent on what's on sale. I have a catalog from acekaraoke and get monthly emails from karaoke warehouse, where units are always on sale. Thanks again. |

Shunn performs Yellow Ledbetter PEARL JAM on Karaoke Showcase of Karaoke Scene Magazine Online: Shunn performs Yellow Ledbetter PEARL JAM on Karaoke Showcase - This has been one of my favorite songs since I first heard it on the back side of a Pearl Jam single. It's one of the best songs I've ever heard. This cut is lacking due to the fact that my brand new (4 months or so) CDG player has now blown something that i have been unable to fix. I believe we have slightly unstable electricity in the house and the strip I had this on is not a safe enough to have protected the player. Now my vocals come out a bit too background oriented. Unadjustable. Oh well.
