Happy Thanksgiving! This is a Protestant Dutch hymn from the 1500's, and Americans sometimes sing this at Thanksgiving. I grew up Catholic, so I didn't hear it very often. On "General Hospital," though, the Quartermaines usually sing it on turkey day. I just learned and recorded it. Couldn't find many karaoke backings and most were super slow, so I used this choral group I found on YouTube called The Hymns Ensemble. A fabulous group of 7 that sang this during lockdown virtually.
