You guys ever get hoarse? I was pretty hoarse one morning and sounding like a man version of Joan Rivers while speaking, but I still felt like singing. I had Chasin' the Wind going in my head figured I just run though it one time for fun. Every once in a while I do something like this and can feel the magic, but by the end of it my voice really is gone, so just the one run though. I've listened to it a few times in the last week and there are high and low points but generally I like it so thought I'd share maybe some of you will too. I have sung while sick, though, and my voice was lower than usual or a little bit raspy. Glad you enjoyed yourself! :) Next time, drink some hot tea with lemon. Reply: I know, and that's part of the reason I only sung the one song and just one time. In reality I've not always been very nice to my voice, but it has held up well so far anyway. Thats when ya pull out the Joe Cocker and Louis Armstrong. Wow I really like this. The raspy vocals give it wonderful character. Of course I am a huge Chicago Fan too. You rock!! Mwahhhhhhhhhhhh, Pam Reply: Thanks Pam, in my case I wasn't sick, but was very sleep deprived the night before, which often will lead to me snoring, then I'll wake up with that voice.
