KARAOKE SCENE MAGAZINE ONLINE! - Starlyter - Brad performs Since I Fell For You on Karaoke Showcase - Composed by Buddy Johnson in 1945 that was first popularized by his sister, Ella Johnson, with Buddy Johnson and His Orchestra. The biggest hit version of "Since I Fell for You" was recorded by Lenny Welch in 1963, reaching number four on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart on December 28, 1963. It also reached number three on the Easy Listening chart. Love the Lenny Welch version but I'm sticking with a better range for me and used Charlie Rich's backing track. Hope you enjoy.

Jerry That's me...I give love but never get love so I drink iced (unsweetened) tea and sleep with my teddy bear...and weep. Of course it doesn't help that the ones I try to give love to don't even know me. What better way to get to know me? I happen to love this song (for years) no matter the version. Lenny Welch's version is usually my first choice...but this is a great one too. And, it's even GREATER with you at the mic. A truly superb recording!!!!
Reply: LOL. I'm waiting on your Lenny Welch version Jerry. Go for it. And I do appreciate your very kind comment my friend.....Brad
