KARAOKE SCENE MAGAZINE ONLINE! - Starlyter - Brad performs Mrs Brown Youve Got A Lovely Daughter on Karaoke Showcase - As I understand it, on Friday you should sub a Fab Four song but I only had one that was a Fab Five. But since Peter Noone left the group some time ago, that leaves four. Nuff said on that. This Friday now has another connotation as holding a challenge in addition to the Fab Four thing. So glad I could fulfill both with one tune. After choosing this song, which made its way to America as part of the British Invasion of the 60's, it really needed a little Brit accent to be acceptable. Normal skills were overtaxed so I tied my tongue to my left rear molar. It worked. Now if someone has a pair of snips I could borrow, I'd like to return to my normal New York/Alabama half-baked southern accent as soon as possible. Thanks for listening.

Cantstopsinging Hi Brad.. I think I recall this one from you before. I am imagining you singing this as a youngster back in the 60's.Good sing from the name game challenge.. Joyce
Reply: Your right. Couple of years ago gave it a try. Mr. Brown didn't catch me that time either. Now, as far as back when I was a youngster, AM radio was the medium and I probably did sing along. Oh it pains just to think about it. Became an audiophile and pursued the greater sound reproductions ever since. On the recording side though, I didn't start till I was 69. Slow starter. LOL. Thanks for the listen....Brad
