KARAOKE SCENE MAGAZINE ONLINE! - mav2100 performs Makin Whoopee 4DJ on Karaoke Showcase - While I was not around I missed my dear Friend Don Janson's birthday. It has been more than two years since his departure and I still find myself missing him everyday. He was a fun and forever friend who was always there when I needed him. To talk, to sing a duet, to watch a movie together online. Although we were 4,000 miles apart we were the best of friends. When he asked me to sing this with him I was a bit leary of it, he wanted to add a saxophone solo in the middle, but after I adlibbed a little he couldn't resist adlibbing more. He was such a competitive GIT! We spent a lot of time one upping each other on duets. LOL! Alas the Saxophone solo was forgotten in lieu of Don skatting!! This one is for you Sweet Don, wherever you are, please know I miss ya more than ever. I know most have you have heard this one before, but it was long ago that I subbed it, I figured there must be one person who has missed it. LOL! Thank you all for listening. Love yas!! Mwahhhhhhhhhhhhh, Pam

Jerry Welcome back ornery girl...I well remember this now 'classic' and the perfection of this recording. I didn't know him except hearing some of your duets. It's STILL an outstanding work of vocal art....now scat...not you the scat in the recording is so entertaining. Now, I must scat and find someone to make Whoopee with me---oh, I'll wear safety protection...a full facial mask! Jerry
Reply: LOL Jerry. Definitely an N95 respirator and plenty of hand sanitizer, just to Stay safe!! Thank you for stopping in and making me giggle. You are the best!! I really do appreciate it very much. You rock! Mwahhhhhhhhhhh, Pam
