Cute story: Years ago I loved to occasionally entertain the wonderful folks in nursing homes. After one those times, a gentleman was walking around in the partially lighted parking light. He stopped me and asked if I could help him find his car. Being naïve, I walked the lot with him looking for his car! Suddenly a nurse came running saying, "Mr...Now you know you don't have a car anymore. Lets go back inside!" I felt like a nut, yet grinned to myself...then, felt a little melancholy for those lonely folks. |
