This song was recorded by Charlie Rich in 1964, but never released until 1974 where it became a #1 song for him. Also in 1964, Carl Smith released it, and it hit #32, and in 1972 a version by Dick Curless peaked at #55. This is one of those songs that was really great to have fun with as I sang it.
