KARAOKE SCENE MAGAZINE ONLINE! - Suzanne Lanoue performs Black And White on Karaoke Showcase - Pam inspired me, so I just recorded this. Hope you like it! It was originally recorded by Pete Seeger, folk singer and activist, and by others until 3 Dog Night did it in 1972. From Wikipedia: "The song was inspired by the United States Supreme Court decision of Brown v. Board of Education (1954), which outlawed racial segregation of public schools." I always loved this song! Here it is for Pam's color challenge.

Grathy Good message on this song. Did you change the key on the song? That's hard to do. I do it on Garageband after I've imported it from an MP3. It's ok, unless I change it more than 2-3 keys. Good job!
Reply: Hiya! Thanks for coming back and listening. I did indeed change the key. I got the song from another site that has streaming video karaoke, and they let you change the key pretty easily. It doesn't work well if there are a lot of background voices or you change it too much because then it sounds like you're singing with mice or chipmunks! :)
