Just needed some more volume on your vocals gal!! Very nice job. I love this song. Especially from the second time you come in.. you really sound like you're 'in your voice'. Your pitch is very good and I can really hear you putting power into your vocals. |
Reply: OH I love this...this is what I crave, this info. I would never have known that about the 2nd time in if you hadn't pointed it out. Thank you! What I learned from this info from you is like what I told Dona; if I'm comfortable and really "feel" a song, I might sound better on it. I'm one of those "unself-aware" people and really really hard on myself which is why I need to hear from others for a reality check...course it backfires being that way cuz I don't always believe in myself when I should |

Hi Tigger.... Trying to give a serious critique. A little extra volume on the voices might me better. Nice energy... I couldn't hear much of any flaws to be honest.. It sounds really nice.. I think your voice sounded more comfortable with this song as compared to the last. Well.. thats all I can say about this one. Send some more and I will try and give you my opinion for what its worth! :) |
Reply: You're right Dona...see that's another thing I'm learning from hearing what peeps think. It seems obvious but it wasn't to me: that the nore comfortable someone is with a song the better they'll prolly sound. So that tells me that to get more comfortable with some I just need to practice them. Then what's interesting is that songs like this one are so in my heart for some reason, and I heard it so much in the late 80's, that it was relatively easy for me to do from the beginning...the meaningetc |
