This song is very true and simply says-- He stopped loving her "till the day he dies". On a countdown of greatest love songs on country, this song ,I believe was Number#1 the Greatest love song ever. So folks, since I am Italian, and I try real hard on all my subs to get some vocal manners of the original artist, I am stumped. George Jones vocal manners is 1 of a kind. Only a original born and raised country singer has a chance. So, I tried my best to get a "Flavor" of how an "Italian chameleon" might reach a 50% OK country sound. I probably reached only 10%.
