I listened to it..a very simple yet somehow disturbingly good vibe to it that creeps into your bones. Joyce added her distinctive harmony to my scratchy lead. "Big Jet Plane" is a song written by Australian singer and songwriter Angus Stone. Angus Stone originally recorded the song under the name "Lady of the Sunshine" for his 2009 album Smoking Gun. It was then re-recorded by Stone and his sister Julia, as the duo Angus & Julia Stone. The song can be heard in TV series such as 90210,One Tree Hill,Parenthood,and Suits. It also appears on the soundtrack of French film Romantics Anonymous. A music video featuring scenes from the film was released on 9 November 2010. The song is featured in the film The Edge of Seventeen. It is also playing on the radio in a scene in the film Easy A.
