In the US, the original version peaked at number four on the R&B playlist and number ten in R&B sales charts. Later in 1955, Don Cornell recorded the song and released it as the B-side to his hit, "Most of All". In 1964, Dean Martin recorded the most successful version of the song, which peaked at number six on the Billboard Hot 100 and spent one week at number one on the Middle of the Road Singles chart that November. - Thank you for listening. |

Kara, I was looking for a good background for this song and although Dean Martin made the mode popular of the recordings, Tony Bennett's version topped those backgrounds available. Most importantly, I really enjoyed your sing on this old tune my friend....Brad |
