KARAOKE SCENE MAGAZINE ONLINE! - OoRIKoO performs People Are Strange on Karaoke Showcase - I must apologize for my absence the past few weeks and I really am sorry. I need to catch up on a lot of uploads from you guys. My reason though is a strong one. I have been working on a project for just over a year now and I needed to rev it up a bit. I used up all of my favors with musician friends and then some. The project still has a ways to go but we have accomplished quite a bit in the last month' It's a CD called "The WITFITS Experiment". I have always had this nutty trait of hearing songs different than how they are presented and I love redoing them as I hear them and that's what this project is about. I always get mixed reviews with this stuff but I really don't care about that, I just need to do this for me and that's what I'm doing. A project for me. I figure it's time because I have never performed for me. Anyway here is a sample from the project. It's a tune by "The Doors" from their 1967 LP "Strange Days" Thanks for listening. oORIKOo
