The Ballad Of Mack The Knife was introduced to the US hit parade by Louis Armstrong in 1956, according to Wikipedia. Originally it's a German song written by Bertolt Brecht and composed by Kurt Weill, of course. So I will sing it in German and try to sound a little bit like Satchmo :-) :-)

I'll take your word its German. Definitely different my friend. Nice sound although I didn't understand a word. I once broke down on the Autobon (German Expressway) many years ago and called for a tow. They send an 18-wheeler tow truck. I had a VW camper. Its all in the words... :)
