Don Janson: I had to come listen to this because The doors were one of my all time favourite groups and I have to say you sure did this justice. You captured Jim morrisons style perfectly. If there are other Doors tracks out there you should do some more. Last time I looked there weren't too many but that was of course about 6 years ago and the only one I could find was riders on the storm an even that I had to use a midi and convert it.. Anyway, superb job ya did Joyce ....Don

I just listened to the Lee Brown arrangement ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l2O8gzeGSfg&spfreload=5 ) and it indeed takes the listener back even a lot of years. Since it does not include the vocals it might be even suitable as a karaoke backing for recording a version of the song in this great ol' style. |
