Terms and Conditions
All payment transactions are performed through PayPal. There are NO refunds Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel prior to the end of the billing period. If payment is rejected by PayPal, at anytime:
- Your account will be reset to Standard Membership
- All privileges available as a Premium Member will cease
- Your Song Submissions in Singer's Showcase that are over 90 days will become archived.
- Your Premium Club Directory Submissions will be reset to standard listings.
- Your Premium KJ Directory Submission will be reset to a standard listings.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service at our sole discretion. We are not to be held responsible for any loses --- business, monetary, or otherwise --- that may occur as a result of cancellation, suspension, or refusal of service.
