Here it is. What would you like karaoke.net to record/release into the karaoke world? It seems they are going to listen to what the singers request and try to put out what they can. Request anything from any genre, style, band, artist, etc.
Try to keep the listing the same format as everyone else if possible example Title - Artist (only add 1 song per line)

For this to work if you see songs already listed that you would also like to see - copy, quote it or re-write it. If a song is showing more interest & requested more than once, it will be more likely to be higher on a priority level!!

As you know or heard, there are number of artists/writers that restrict their music from being produced from each publisher. So if you recognise any of your requested song artists/writers here, you can refrain from submitting a request for them for now. There are exceptions and some additions and we will add them as we go along. The main point is we don't want you to waste your time on songs that have little or no chance of being approved.
We prefer to focus on the positive (what we can do) and not the negative (what we can't, why we can't and whose fault it is) to offer a realistic scenario. We want to have the best all around "living" library of karaoke music in the world and this exercise is but one component of the work going to that end. We appreciate your submitting of requests and hope that the admins can work together with you all to come up with an agreeable list every month. I will kick it off by saying that there are a few requests that I have seen in the past that have already been put in the pipeline... The Kinks - Destroyer, Volbeat - Heaven or Hell, Judas Priest - Some Heads Are Gonna Roll - they have no bearing on the first request list you guys do.

Well, technically, since all the other versions of Money are garbage, and I don't have the SC disc, I would like to see a good version made by a company that I WANT to deal with. I know you don't understand it, but hey, that's me. There are TONS of songs that have never been made, and tons that need a good version. If not PT/PS, then I will go talk to the UK companies. I would rather spend my money here, if I can. Besides, I don't like buying a whole disk for one song.

Ozzy - Diary Of A Madman is already in our production list of songs to do. Pink Floyd doesn't approve of karaoke anymore so we are unable to do it as much as we would love to... I will put up a list of songs that we already have in the production list. We actually chose 500 Rock and Metal songs from the Stingray catalog that were not in ours to start with...

Here are a few I would like to see. I know some of them have been put out by Sound Choice but are so dang hard to find or so expensive it's not cost effective to consider them. Plus I don't own enough SC to make it cost effective to pay for an audit anyway.
Honey Child - Royal Crown Revue It Only Took A Kiss - Big Bad Voodoo Daddy A Warrior's Call - Volbeat Little Latin Lupe Lu - The Kingsmen or Righteous Brothers Good Time - Leroy Miller Lydia - Highly Suspect Wait - White Lion Big Empty - Stone Temple Pilots Follow Me Down - The Pretty Reckless

KSFGROUP wrote: Ozzy - Diary Of A Madman is already in our production list of songs to do. Pink Floyd doesn't approve of karaoke anymore so we are unable to do it as much as we would love to... I will put up a list of songs that we already have in the production list. We actually chose 500 Rock and Metal songs from the Stingray catalog that were not in ours to start with... this would be excellent news indeed for me. Not my personal favourites but I did get a lot of requests for this type of music when I was hosting. Plus the anal rententive side of me wanted to get the complete Headbanger pack of songs that came out from soundchoice (which stingray now owns the majority of their catalog* so if I can finish up the last few tracks, with song of similar quality, then i'll be a happy camper. As for my requests, I don't know if they will make it, because my tastes are really eclectic . Keep on Trying - Poco I'm a Stranger Here - Five Man Eletrical Band Anything by Trooper - Karaokemake put out a truly exceptional album, but it was so short lived that is is extremely difficult to find a legally made disc. I've seen some Canadian hosts offering $200 for them. This one is probably possible, but may not be feasible financially because when the original producer went back to print more discs, the copyright holder wanted TRIPLE the previous amount for the sync rights. will post more when I can think of them. edit: i just remembered that I used to get quite a few requests for a band called Dropkick Murphys Also something I'd love to sing personally: cha-ching -hedley. Also darnit now i can't remember what i was gonna post..

In your long list... there are several artists that are also listed in the "no-fly" lists you posted.
Is the no-fly only on future productions?
For example Led Zeppelin in on the no-fly list, but they aren't producing new music. Is it correct that if a track has already been made karaoke, that it is exempt from the no-fly provision?
oh... and I'll throw in these three songs:
"The General" - Dispatch "Welcome To The Boomtown" - David & David "To High For The Supermarket" - The Uninvited

I just remembered what else I was going to post. it wasn't a specific artist or song, it was just a comment that more Canadian content/artists needs to start going onto karaoke. But knowing some of their egos, maybe they are on the 'no fly' list too.. edit: There was a band i was going to request, i just can't seem to think of the name right now. Does anyone know the new band name that was formed from one of the singers from Disturbed?

Remember! For this to work if you see songs someone already listed that you would also like to see - copy, quote it or re-write it. If a song is showing more interest & requested more than once, it will be more likely to be higher on a priority level!!
So far with my vote on Smooth's songs, there are 6 songs that have more than 1 vote!

oh... and I'll throw in these three songs:
"The General" - Dispatch "Welcome To The Boomtown" - David & David "To High For The Supermarket" - The Uninvited Good question! The songs were compiled based on our initial look at the genre and popularity on our Customburn site in UK where we sell Stingray. The No Fly rules don't apply there so we left them on our production list. For now, we are moving them to the lowest priority so we can focus on these requests. At the same time, we are utilising other methods to get approvals of "No Fly" artists just like we did for Katy Perry and Sam Smith to name a few. Thanks for your suggestions Quote: ? does this mean these are being produced? Or submitted to see if they can be produced? Submitted for production not review.....
