I'll pass that around as well. It would seem that as SC and CB continue, just the thought of being sued, found out, etc., might be enough to get a large amount of the "illegal" hard drives to go away...?

I see the legal guys removing SC from the book..

I don't know. I am not removing anything off of my system just because the Manufacturers are on the warpath. They have every right to go after those who aren't legit (1:1). Both Sound Choice and Chartbuster are offering allowing 1:1 compliant KJ's to continue using their product even though it is format shifted onto a computer or CAVS player but like everything there is a catch. You must prove you are 1:1 compliant by submitting to an audit. They really don't want the 1:1's. They are after the ones who never paid for real discs.

I won't be removing any SC or CB products from my system. In fact I will be adding SC content in November.
