Don't know about that...I can't upload songs,it says my quota has been filled,i have to delete songs,even though i have none uploaded. it has been several days since i've registered,and the admin knows of the problem, says a coding error,but no change since then and no word on progress,since I've emailed twice.

Surely this would have been fixed by now,or I would have been kept up to date on what was happening. But nothing. I'll work on finding another site.

I have responded to your email and advised you that I am attempting to locate the problem. Thus far I have been unsuccessful.

Apparently, there is something that I am missing. Could you send me a screenshot or any additional information. It is difficult to reconstruct an error when I have nothing to go on.

The site is obviously working for others? So I am at a loss as to what or where the error is occurring?!

I advised you that I would let you know the status once I have found the error - well I haven't - therefore, you haven't received a status update.

You first contacted me on Tuesday - give me some time to find out why it is only effecting your account.

Ok,Phill.

Give me your email addy,and I will do just that,send you a screenshot of the page. It basically is just saying that I have uploaded songs,and maximized the quota,but I haven't uploaded one song yet.

Another thing...My join date lists 2007 on my profile. I'll send the info as soon as I get your email...thx for the response,i needed to hear from you.

Okay - wonder what the trouble was?

If anyone else happens to experience this PLEASE let me know.

I did have another state that this was occurring, but I cannot determine why or what causes it! Maybe if I have some other examples I can sort it out!

It still shows the wrong date...perhaps that's a contributing factor to the problem?

Problem was resolved. It appears that newly registered members or those that hadn't visited SS since this summer weren't being registered!

Made a fix to the system and now everyone that is logged in will automatically have an account created!

Hope that helps look forward to hearing new voices!

I can delete your account access. Just ask, but first I would suggest that you delete all submissions in Singers Showcase - because once your access is deleted you will not be able to and the submissions will remain!
