Oh no i'm good, could always use another - I have 4 Pioneer laser/cdg players on hand as well & would like another JVC, but I wasn't intending to win this, but if I won it at my bid, then cool.  I figured it would go higher.

I have one of those LD/CD+G Pioneer model that is sitting around doing nothing. I was thinking about selling it because I converted all my LD to DVD format but I kept it for sentimental reasons. It's a model CLV-870 I think. Is it worth selling or should I keep it?

All depends on whether you need it or not.  That was a good model, though you probably wouldn't get much more than $100 for it.

I think a Pioneer DVL - V888 should do the trick.

I have one stored somewhere.
I only kept it for the "computer scoring" for contests.
But we all know about contests...

Any interest?

The scoring competition in those are more for fun.  First off it only works if the mic is plugged into the player - & if you are a pro, this will do you no good as your mics go through the mixer.
Second, you don't even have to know how to sing to get a perfect score.  It basis the musics overall keys & uses the mic input to match certain keys/harmonies.  You could literally hum an entire song & get a perfect score.
