I find a song that I want to buy and make the purchase. I get 2 emails from them one saying that the order is complete and the other saying that the order was canceled. Now my bank account and my PayPal account show that the charge went through successfully. Luckily I am not without the song as they were not able to block the download of the song but it is my fear that one day they might block that in the future. What if I had waited to get home to download on my computer rather than downloading it to my phone.

Yep i've had that happen too - through almost all karaoke sources at one time or another. They always fixed it. Not a big deal. Stuff happens when ordering on the internet, server issues, bad connections, etc.

yea that would really suck. did you reach out to their costumer service? thats where a company can really crumble. as Lonman said there could be technical difficulties, however its how they resolve them.
