Would this one be worth the few extra dollars?

https://www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/B008O517I ... ref=plSrch

And this pa being 800w would it be way better than the ax music one because it has 10x more watts?
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/B001XWD3L ... =Behringer

Then mics?
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/B0002KZAK ... ref=plSrch

Or this mic because it comes with a cord.
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/B003GEBGA ... EEQB&psc=1

Or do I need XLR to XLR for the mics anyways?

no, this is a passive speaker as well, the wattage is its handling capability (how big of an amp you can use). you should look at powered (amp built in), like this one

yes, you do use xlr to xlr, unfortunately neither of those are really all that good. Pyle is...well...a pile. and the Behringer one will make her sound like she has cotton in her mouth.
this one includes a cable (though the durability of the cable i do not know)
https://www.amazon.ca/Shure-PGA58-XLR-C ... shure+pg58
this is the newest incarnation of their PG line which is not full pro, but better than either of the others and a solid quality with better than decent sound.

Thank you! Sucks that speaker isn't prime shipping lol. But still not bad.

So 422$ Canadian, and looks like it's a pretty good set up.

Damn, I mean like 500,two mics.

I thought that mixer provided power, because I didn't realize that 80w one was powered.

if your willing to spend the extra money the setup from Amazon suggested is WAY better than the one i suggested, by a considerable margin.

Whatever you decide to do, your most basic setup will probably include the following

1 microphone with an XLR cable, which gets plugged into the mixer
1 USB Mixer which gets plugged into the computer *this provides your sound*
either a 1/4" or XLR cable to connect the mixer output to whatever speaker you buy
As already stated, the video is provided by the video output of your computer, which plugs into your TV.

One thing you will have to remember tho is that once you have everything you will need to go into the conrol panel for the sound settings and change the default sound to whatever the sound device of the mixer is named.

hope this helps

-James

How about this set up. It has everything but music, laptop and stands. Everything else is there ready to go.
