Hi
I am glad to finally register and log in. Now my question is how to submit my songs. I have some recordings on Cassette tape but need to upload through my Computer. So could somebody tell me where I can find a good program to record and be able to submit my songs please. All my songs are on CDG's format. By the way. I have been enjoying all of you great singers and hope to submit my songs soon

I use a program called JukeBox Tools. It is shareware but you'll need the full version. I believe the full version goes for about $45.00 and is downloadable. The program has a suite of 4 applications and they will allow you to do just about anything you want to do. You can rip from tape, cd, internet, etc. into any of the formats. You can edit files while they are in .WAV format and then convert them to MP3.
I've had no problems with this suite of programs. I use them to rip the files I record on tape of myself and then convert them to MP3 to post on the Singer's Showcase.
I'm sure there are other programs just as good or better, but this one is reasonably cheap and does a really good job.
